What if it’s raining?

I’m always outside and know only too well our good ol’ British weather is erratic to say the least. Wind is great for movement and rain is fab for capturing moodiness and texture, so whatever the weather I’ll be prepared.
Please know that if on shoot day the sun isn’t shining or a thick frost has appeared, we’ll just embrace it all and have fun.

If you’re up for it. So am I.

*Of course if there is a severe weather warning then we can re schedule and your booking fee will be carried forward.

How do I book a shoot in with you?

Just get in touch via my contact page and I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

A non-refundable booking fee totaling 50% of the total price of the purchased photography package must be paid in order to secure the date and time for a shoot. The remainder (total services less booking fee) is then payable any time before or on the day of the photo shoot at the latest.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

If for some reason you need to reschedule your session, just let me know as soon as possible, and at least 3 days before. My diary gets pretty full weeks in advance, so I will try my best to find a new date and time that works for you. Your booking fee will then be transferred over to the new date.

If the session needs to be rescheduled more than once, or if you cancel on the day of the session, another booking fee would be required to cover my lost income.

If you have paid in full, session fees (minus the booking fee) are refundable if you need to cancel your session entirely and have given more than 2 weeks notice (non wedding sessions).

How far will you travel?

The above pricing includes travel within a 20 mile radius of BN14.

I am more than happy to travel further afield, but this will incur a small extra charge per mile for fuel.

When will I receive my images?

When your images are ready, (generally within one week of your session) you will be sent an email with a secure link to your online gallery, where you can view and download your images & make extra purchases, including frames and albums.
