Booking Fees
Photo sessions (non wedding)
A non-refundable booking fee totaling 50% (fifty-percent) of the total price of the purchased photography package must be paid in order to secure the date and time for a shoot. The remainder (total services less booking fee) shall be paid any time before or on the day of the photo shoot at the latest. Additional photographic services or products shall be paid for in full at time of ordering.
Digital files from a photo shoot remain the property of the Photographer. For the avoidance of doubt all copyright in the images are owned absolutely by the Photographer within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
Bookings for photoshoots must be made by a person aged 18 and over. All person aged 17 or under must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian.
Wedding sessions
A non-refundable booking fee of £500 must be paid in order to secure the date and time. The remainder (total services less booking fee) shall be paid one month before the day of the wedding. Additional photographic services or products shall be paid for in full at time of ordering.
Digital files from a photo shoot remain the property of the Photographer. For the avoidance of doubt all copyright in the images are owned absolutely by the Photographer within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you do need to postpone your portrait, equine, maternity, family or lifestyle photo shoot, I require 3 days notice. Your booking fee will then be transferred over to the new date. My diary gets pretty full weeks in advance, so I will try my best to find a new date and time that works for you.
Rescheduling will not be possible where cancellation has occurred after this point, however you are welcome to book a complete new package and a new booking fee will be required.
Cuttlebone Photography will always try to accommodate changing schedules and will be happy to rescheduled a session if done within the notice period. If you have paid in full, session fees (minus the booking fee) are refundable if you need to cancel your session entirely. No refunds of booking fees will be given.
Indemnification
For equine phootshoots where clients desire tack-less/ bridle-less photos, Cuttlebone Photography will provide a thin photoshoot rope halter for that purpose. However, the client understands that they use this device at their own risk as this is not suitable for restraining or controlling a horse and therefore it is the clients responsibility to maintain charge of the horse(s) at all times.
The client understands and agrees that Cuttlebone Photography is not responsible for safety of the client nor any action of the animal, which may cause damage to property or injury to others.
Website Use
All photographs on www.cuttlebone.co.uk web site are the property of Cuttlebone Photography. For the avoidance of doubt all copyright of the photographs is owned absolutely by Cuttlebone Photography within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
Low resolution photographs on the web site and the blog are for demonstration of the photographer’s work only. We respectfully remind you that it is contrary to this Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically, electronically or by any other means any photograph without the express permission of Cuttlebone Photography. Likewise, the photographs may not be in any way modified and no derivative work may be made from the images without the permission of Cuttlebone Photography.
All the information is correct at the time of being published on the web site. Cuttlebone Photography retains the right to change any information on the web site without notice.
Photos
Any photos purchased by the client are licensed for client’s personal use only and must not be sold or entered in to any competitions as the client’s own work nor to use them for any commercial purpose. It is not permitted to screen capture or post any watermarked images from the private gallery not purchased by the client.
The client grants permission to Cuttlebone Photography (providing they are 18 years or older) to use their image or likeness in any and all forms of media for advertising, trade and personal use.
The client understands and agrees that Cuttlebone Photography is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this shoot more than sixty (60) days after the photos have been delivered to the client.
Photo Shoot Gift Card Purchase
When purchasing a photo shoot gift card or package you agree with the following terms and conditions.
Date and location are to be agreed with Cuttlebone Photography. The card permits Cuttlebone Photography for photographic services described in the card and relating to photographs created by Cuttlebone Photography within Sussex (unless specifically arranged otherwise at a premium).
The Cuttlebone Photography gift card will be sent digitally. The card can only be used at Cuttlebone Photography for photographic services relating to photographs created by Cuttlebone Photography. The card is non-refundable but can be transferred to any given persons, and the location retains . The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only the original voucher code sent with the voucher is accepted. Damaged vouchers may not be accepted. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers.

Delivery Policy
If a USB has been chosen, it will be sent using standard 1st Class Royal Mail recorded services.
